Through Intuitive Leadership Competencies I am able to provide extensive training in leadership and development for your organisation. My authenticity and motivational approach establishes early engagement with participants and ensures valued outcomes are realised according to organisational need.
I have built my training, coaching and consultancy skills through varied and wide-ranging experience across an international and intercultural context.
After studying Theology in London and Switzerland, I worked for more than 10 years with an international organisation in Zambia. Here I helped develop and deliver training programs for local communities centered around issues of Justice and Human Rights. These programs focused on the enablement of local teams to become self-sufficient in overcoming injustices affecting their own communities by offering training in social analysis, research methods and action/evaluation centered methodology. The programs were later integrated into Justice and Peace Training Programs in Southern Africa during post-Apartheid reconstruction.
On my return to England I worked with groups of unemployed persons building confidence and self-worth, developing competencies enabling a return to working environments.
I moved with my family to Germany in 1995 where I took up employment in an international packaging organisation. During this time, I gained a full understanding of supply chain processes and management within the production industry. I achieved qualifications in the practice and delivery of Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI®) and Six Sigma (Lean methodology).
As a Learning and Development specialist, I trained, developed and coached leaders and the wider workforce across the organisation in various countries with a diverse blend of teams at all levels, adapting programs to accommodate cultural difference. Programs of training included Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management, HBDI Team Development, and coaching and mentoring approaches. I assured the sustainability of training outcomes through Train the Trainer techniques.
I have recently designed and delivered sessions on Mindfulness and Change Management/Resilience in response to the current pandemic and have adapted training delivery for remote and virtual environments.
Originally from Brighton, England, I have dual nationality and am based in Hövelhof – North Rhein Westphalia. I am married, have 3 children and am bilingual in English and German. I gain a lot of my inspiration while walking around the local Senne countryside.
